Created Unassigned: ValidateCredentials doesnt validate Domain [20497]

Hi Brian,

I noticed that the ValidateCredentials function doesn't validate the domain in the credential.

For example if the current domain is called Contoso

Contoso\User will Pass
Fabrikam\User will Pass while it should Fail
