Created Unassigned: Service account verification with incorrect domain name [20823]

Good morning everyone,

I would like to bring up a problem I encountered with the AutoSPInstaller script.

It has to do with the Service Accounts verification, at the very beginning of the script. I had a typo in some of the accounts' domain name and the script did not detect it ! It went all green for all acccounts.

So of course, when Sharepoint tried to create the first database (the farm account was one with an error) it would not .... and the error message was so vague, it took me 2 hours to figure it out !!!

So I'm not quite sure how the accounts/passwords are being verified, but it would be nice to fix this domain verification thing ...
