I Installed a SharePoint 2013 farm with the AutoSPInstaller and once I started the Health Analyzer I had a warning for Missing Server Side Dependencies.

There a a lot of solutions on the web that telling to edit the Search Administration Page and run the rule again but that’s not working. The correct fix is:
* Go to the Search Administration Site
* Site Settings
* Web parts
* Remove SearchAppShortcutsList form the webparts
* Go back to the heatlh analyzer and Reanalyze the Missing Server Side Dependencies again and it will gone.

This is a fairly well-known issue with SharePoint in general, though as I indicated to you on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/brianlala/status/503611213251878914) I haven't seen it nearly as much lately. My fix was always to simply visit the Search Administration page and hit all the links contained within, without having to edit or remove web parts at all.
Also note that I have not seen evidence that this is specific to AutoSPInstaller, although chances are you will see it sooner when using AutoSPInstaller because the script forces all Health Analyzer rules to run immediately upon script completion.
